avian flu

lots of talk about avian flu lately and the possibility new zealand getting it. the ozzies are stock piling on vaccines and the kiwis are probably considering the same. however from what i''ve been hearing, this vaccine, tamiflu, might not be effective once the virus mutates that will allow it to transfer from humans to humans. still the best defence is your own immunity. you'll probably stand a better chance if you're healthy as you can be.

ahh...just another more reason to go the gym.
